# Microsoft 365 Copilot integration

The Microsoft 365 Copilot integration brings the [Analyst Agent](/agent-integrations/analyst-agent) into Copilot. People put workforce questions to the organisation's TechWolf data inside Copilot, and the agent answers from the same data, under the same access, as in its own interface in the TechWolf Console. Uploads and PDF export are Console-only.

## Key attributes

- **One installation.** The integration is installed once, centrally, for the whole organisation, from the Microsoft Teams Store.
- **Branding.** The agent's name, description, and icons can be tailored to the organisation in the Teams admin center, with TechWolf's Analyst Agent branding as the default.

## Prerequisites

- The Analyst Agent needs to be live for the organisation.
- The organisation's Microsoft Entra tenant connected to TechWolf, in the TechWolf Console.
- A Microsoft 365 environment with Copilot.
- A Teams Administrator to install the TechWolf Analyst Agent app from the Microsoft Teams Store and assign it to users.
- A Global Administrator, or a Privileged Role Administrator or Cloud Application Administrator, to grant admin consent.
- The **TechWolf Agent** role for each person, in the TechWolf Console.

Each step has its own guide:

- **The TechWolf Console admin** gives people the role, with **Give people access to the Analyst Agent and the MCP connector**, and connects the tenant, with **Connect your Microsoft tenant in the TechWolf Console**.
- **The Microsoft 365 admins** install the agent, with **Add the Analyst Agent to Microsoft 365 Copilot**.
- **Each person** starts with **Use the Analyst Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot**.
