The TechWolf MCP connector brings an organisation's TechWolf data into the agents it builds in Microsoft Copilot Studio. People ask such an agent about the organisation's skills, jobs, tasks and workforce, and the agent answers from that data.

A tool in the organisation's own agent
A Copilot Studio maker adds TechWolf to an agent as a tool named TechWolf and publishes the agent. To offer it to everyone in the organisation, a Microsoft 365 admin approves it.
Each person connects once
The first time the agent uses TechWolf, each person connects their own TechWolf account. The agent sees only the data that person can see in the TechWolf Console.
Read-only tools
Every TechWolf tool only reads data.
Prerequisites
- A Copilot Studio environment where the maker can build and publish agents. People with a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence use the agent under that licence; for everyone else, the environment needs Copilot Credits.
- A data policy that allows the TechWolf connector.
- A TechWolf Console account with the TechWolf Agent role for each person, the maker included.
Availability
- Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams: through the agent's Teams and Microsoft Copilot channel. In Microsoft 365 Copilot, people open the agent from their list of agents, or type @ and its name.
